DR. RATNA MALAR SELVARATNAM
ACADEMIC DIRECTOR AND CO-FOUNDER
Dr. Ratna Malar Selvaratnam is the Academic Director of SVA. She coordinates the academic quality and delivery of the SVA curriculum and will work closely with the other teachers to innovate eSVA excel in their area of study.

SANNYASIN GUHANATHASWAMI
HINDU STUDIES TEACHER, WARDEN AND CO-FOUNDER
Sannyasin Guhanathaswami will create and teach the Hindu Studies curriculum. This area of studies will include study of Hindu Philosophy, yoga, meditation, values and leadership skills.

MRS. PARAMESWARI
MATHEMATICS, HISTORY & GEOGRAPHY TEACHER
Parameswari has worked as a teacher at the Sri Cempaka and Sri Garden private schools for over 5 years. Additionally, she has worked for the Chartered Bank and Maxis Communications Bhd. for over 10 years. She has been involved in the Home Schooling program over the last three years.

MS. JOTHI
ENGLISH & SCIENCE TEACHER
Mrs. Jothi Venkadesan has a degree in Software Engineering from the Multimedia University, Malaysia. She has 6 years of experience in teaching primary and secondary school students as well as a group of home-schoolers. “Teaching is a complex an demanding profession.To sustain their energy and enthusiasm for the work,teachers need to maintain their personal commitment to the job”



TIRU A.M.K BALAN PJK.
TAMIL LANGUAGE TEACHER
Tiru Balan has served as a headmaster at several tamil schools in the Klang valley for over 15 years. Among the schools that he has served in include SRJK(T) Ladang Prang Besar, Kajang and Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. Tiru Balan will continue the SVA student’s education in Tamil equivalent to Form Five of the Malaysian Secondary School system.

FACILITY

Four students have enrolled into SVA after finishing UPSR and the American curriculum diagnostics screening. From the left, Ugeswaran Jeganathen is from the Ladang Lenggeng Tamil School; next to their teacher Mrs. Parameswari are Dines Kumar Tirunath and Moshilaruban Jaya Pandian. Both Dines and Moshila are from Kirby Es- tate Tamil School, while on the right most is Ganeswaran Chandra Segaran who is from the Nilai Tamil School.

A double-story link houses in Klang makse up the facilities of SVA. Currently this house maintains SVA's hostel and school until bigger and dedicated infrastructure are created for SVA.
